Back in Canada 🍁 outside temp 3 degrees Celsius, water temperature unknown, feels like very cold ❄️ yesterday it snowed a bit. Today super sunny and beautiful so I couldn’t resist a plunge into some of my favourite water in the whole world. I stayed in about 5 minutes ✨ it’s turning into one of my favourite practices. I find the cold very challenging (I love my tropics 🏝️)
but once I catch my breath and allow myself to breathe calm & steady it feels amazing. I feel present and calm. I find relief in the cold. I even started to feel my body generating heat under my skin. I love that feeling 🥰❤️‍🔥✨

Lowkey it was so hard to pull myself out of the water 🤣🩵❄️✨ I was frozen and the ladder has already been taken in for winter lol but I did it 🌟

Always choose YOU. It may seem obvious here and now, but I mean the difficult stuff. When you have to reassess, walk away, chose to complete or get the f*ck out on your merry way. Row row row your boat and Always. Always, in any kind of way, choose you. It doesn’t matter if it makes sense in the moment. It doesn’t matter if it makes sense to someone else. It doesn’t even matter how you’re going to get there. It’s even better if you ask yourself this question without thinking.

If you don’t know what you want…sit down for a few minutes. Let your Heart answer without the involvement of Mind (for now)…Ask yourself, “what do I really want?”, “What would I love to do?”…Mind will analyze, Heart will expand and create a beautiful feeling in your body when it’s Right for you.

Take a moment to be really honest with your Heart’s desires. Our desires lead us to our true Self. So don’t be shy, don’t shrink to fit someone else’s mold. Don’t let the “cool kids” bother you and never let your fire go cold.

Light ‘em up. Whatever that means to you. F*ck em all 💀✨ take no names, no prisoners and free the karma of your soul.

Raja Yoga: is more commonly known as the yoga of the mind. Here we find many methods of working with mental functions, such as creative visualization and the verbal and vocal processes. Learning the functions of the mind, followed by the application of what is learned. By skillful use of mental energies, certain results are achieved within the body, such as healing internally, and out in the world - manifesting your dreams. Meditation practices that take you out of the normal world to explore the inner world are a large part of this royal yoga (raja means royal). In this practice we come to know that mind rules over matter, that mind is the king. - from the Chakra Yoga manual.
