Rising Sun x Nectar: A Return Home is a heart-led yoga, nature & writing retreat nestled in the forested sanctuary of Bowen Island. This intimate gathering invites you to pause, soften, and reconnect — with your body, your breath, your inner voice and the Earth beneath your feet.
Held at the stunning Nectar Yoga resort, just a short ferry ride from Vancouver, this retreat offers nourishing yoga practices, guided breathwork, stillness, and time to be held by nature. As well as free time to work on your next writing project and moments to share your work if you'd like to.
You’ll be cared for — by me, by the land I grew up on, and the cozy comforts of Nectar. All you need to do is arrive.
