Come home to yourself, in the place that shaped me. Rising Sun x Nectar: A Return Home is a heart-led yoga and nature retreat nestled in the forested sanctuary of Bowen Island. This intimate gathering invites you to pause, soften, and reconnect — with your body, your breath, and the Earth beneath your feet.
Held at the stunning Nectar Yoga resort, just a short ferry ride from Vancouver, this retreat offers nourishing yoga practices, guided breathwork, stillness, and time to be held by nature.
You’ll be cared for — by me, by the land I grew up on, and by the cozy comforts of Nectar. All you have to do is arrive.
